It is not a coincidence that the Policen Direkt Management Lab contains the word “laboratory”. In this program, management exercises and tools are tested, checked and then evaluated in the individual field of action of the participants. At the same time, the exchange with the other participants and regular self-reflection should support the identification and further training of personal strengths.

Through learning formats such as workshops, coaching, lunch’n learn, exploration days, standup pitches and corporate huddles, the participants should be made aware of the requirements for the work of the future. The time in between is then used to test the learning material in everyday work.

Around 15 employees of the Policen Direkt Group attended the kick-off workshop on February 12, 2020. HR manager Samira Arrami led the event and gave more than three hours of lectures on how the world of work has changed and will continue to change in the years to come.

The first workshop focused on discovering your own strengths. The Gallup system was used to explain the different personal strengths and everyone can determine them for themselves. Self-assessments were discussed in groups of two, followed by lively discussions about adapting what was learned.
